Medieval Metal Crowns

The Debut Collection of 17-Year-Old British Designer Rael Stone

Young British designer Rael Stone has yet to graduate from university, but that isn't stopping him from pushing out a badass, medieval-like unisex collection with showstopping pieces including imperfect metal crowns and tattered knits.

Rael Stone has an eclectic mix of inspirations and influences and says that his AW10 collection “came from countryside footpath murders, estate rape, bored unoccupied teenagers, and isolation in overgrown wisteria-ridden cottages.”

Implications - The featured images show off many of the interesting pieces in Rael Stone's AW10 collection. The imperfect metal crowns are made to be worn like a headband that is featured going across the models' foreheads. The lookbook is very dismal and is loaded with dark grey and black colors.
