Life Alive Has Released the Radhi Devlukia Summer Power Menu

Life Alive Organic Café has teamed up with the best-selling author of 'JoyFull: Cook Effortlessly, Eat Freely, Live Radiantly,' Radhi Devlukia, to launch the new Life Alive x Radhi Devlukia Summer Power Menu.

The new Life Alive x Radhi Devlukia Summer Power Menu draws influence from Devlukia's Indian heritage and global culinary influences, along with fresh, plant-based ingredients. In total, there are four new menu items available, including two meals and two drinks. There's the Coconut Red Lentil Dal packed with 44 grams of protein, and the Thai Peanut Power Salad, boasting 42 grams of protein. As for drink options, there's a Mango Lassi Smoothie made with coconut milk and a Mango Matcha made with oat milk. As Bryan Timko, CEO of Life Alive Organic Café, says of the new menu, "Working with Radhi produced not only some of our most flavorful dishes, but our highest-protein menu items yet – exactly what our guests have been asking for."

Trend Themes

  1. Author-crafted Menus — Partnerships with cookbook authors bring built-in audiences and culinary credibility to limited-time menus, creating space for cafés to turn publishing influence into differentiated foodservice products.
  2. High-protein Plant-based Dining — Protein-forward vegan meals are shifting plant-based positioning from restriction to performance, opening opportunities for nutrient-dense bowls and salads that rival meat-centric options.
  3. Heritage Fusion Wellness — Indian-inspired ingredients blended with Thai, matcha, and smoothie formats reflect a growing market for global comfort foods framed through modern wellness expectations.

Industry Implications

  1. Fast Casual Dining — Limited-run culinary collaborations provide fast casual brands with fresh ways to refresh menus, deepen guest engagement, and test premium flavor concepts without permanent operational commitments.
  2. Plant-based Foods — Demand for satisfying meatless meals is expanding beyond ethical consumption, with high-protein legumes, nuts, and dairy alternatives supporting more mainstream performance-oriented plant-based offerings.
  3. Functional Beverages — Dairy-free lassis, matcha drinks, and smoothie formats are positioning beverages as both indulgent and wellness-aligned, encouraging innovation in culturally inspired, nutrient-rich drink menus.
