Women-Only Napping Cafes

Japan's Qusca Sleeping Cafe Lets You Sleep and Snack

Japan's Qusca Sleeping Cafe is exactly what its name suggests: a place where people can go and sleep/enjoy coffee and food. However, Qusca is designed specifically for working women. The cafe charges 150 JPY (around $1.50 USD) for ten minutes of use. Included in those ten minutes are a place to take a nap, a menu of snacks and drinks, a makeup station, a place to charge mobile devices and WiFi access.

Those wanting something healthier than snacks can pay 600 JPY for a full (and healthier) meal. Napping stations that target tired workers are nothing new, but the Qusca Sleeping Cafe has to be one of the only places that allows you to eat, drink, do your makeup and take a nap. Here's hoping that Qusca expands stateside, and that it opens a store for men.
