Low-Sugar Protein Cookies

Quest Protein Cookies Have Less Than Three Grams of Sugar Per Serving

Quest recently launched a range of Quest Protein Cookies that come in low-sugar varieties that are rich in fiber.

While the cookies boast anywhere from less than a gram of sugar to three grams of sugar per serving, they also provide 15 grams of protein and nine grams of fiber. The cookies from Quest have been introduced in four classic flavors: Oatmeal Raisin, Double Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter, which also include other natural flavors. In terms of texture, these new cookies are said to be soft and chewy.

Although many protein-rich products are targeted at fitness enthusiasts and gym-goers, the average consumer is now also looking for nutritious on-the-go snacks that help to supplement their regular diet.
