French designer Samy Rhio works in collaboration with Petite Friture to design the new portable Quesar lamp that is described to be a 'nomadic lamp.' The lamp is made to be carried around, illuminating any space that it comes in contact with. It hangs on a colorful strap that is designed to replicate the look of a climbing rope.
The lamp itself is made from anodized aluminum materials for a durable build and is powered by a battery that is able to last up to 12 hours between charges. At the top of the lamp, there is a long woven rope that measures 5 meters long and comes in five different color options. Additionally, it can also be dimmed with the option of three brightness levels.
