Greater Than's Punk Gin Challenges Popular Pink Gins

India's first craft gin brand, Greater Than Gin, launched a limited-edition Punk Gin that defies popular pink gins by exclusively using fresh ingredients. "Pink Gins are all the rage," says Anand Virmani, Nao Spirits co-founder and chief executive officer, "But most pink gins have artificial flavouring, colour and lots of sugar, bearing little semblance to a real gin."

Nao Spirits, the maker of Greater Than Gin, is on track with its aim of launching a new and limited-edition gin annually, each with a different flavor and story to tell with fresh ingredients. Punk Gin is the fourth limited-edition release, and it's said to be best enjoyed with tonic water, sliced strawberry, and a basil leaf or sprig of rosemary.
