'Public House' by Lee Broom Mixes Vintage and Modern Styles

'Public House' by Lee Broom is a first timer at Milan Design Week. For the 2012 exhibition, Broom constructed a room of vintage and modern furniture pieces that smoothly mesh to bring back a classic look with contemporary touches.

This British designer's pieces made up the Public House exhibition that looks as if an avant-garde goddess whisked through a traditional British pub, tainting the place with a balance between vintage and lavish contemporary designs. The amalgamation of two eras is a striking melting pot comprising of spike studded arm chairs, classic ornate wood-carvings and LED lights. Public House by Lee Broom is a flawless example of old and new interlacing. The result is an amazing mix between classic and contemporary. Photo Credits: designboom, leebroom
