Preschoolers Taught To Smoke Pot By Their Uncle

Law enforcement officials were shocked to find a video showing two little boys smoking marijuana. The tape was found during a raid over a burglary. The video shows a 2 year old and a 5 year old being coached by their uncle and his friend on how to smoke pot. The youngest child showed indications that this was a regular occurence. Long term effects on the kids are not known at this time.
