Pregnancy and Exercise Come Together in Natasha Brown's 'Pregnacise'

Just as its name suggests, 'Pregnacise' is a hybrid that brings together pregnancy and exercise for women who want to stay fit while carrying a child and prepare for a healthy childbirth.

The app features a three-part prenatal exercise planner, as well as a guide to three trimesters of pregnancy. In total, the app includes more than 80 different exercises, led by fitness expert Natasha Brown, who found her own experiences with fitness during pregnancy left her wanting more than the existing programs out there could give her.

In order to make the fitness activities as easy to follow as possible, the app includes short text descriptions, "Tash's Tips" and short videos that expectant mothers can follow along with. The Pregnacise app promises to be a resource that's "crammed with tips for a healthier, happier pregnancy."
