Crafted from aluminum-alloy and boasting an extension range between 17 and 30 inches, the PowerPole is perfect for capturing photos of your surfing, skiing and hiking exploits while still allowing you to be in your photo.
The PowerPole allows for eight hours of uninterrupted filming thanks to its built-in 5,400 mAh battery. It keeps GoPro cameras running via a cable that is plugged into one of its two USB ports. The contraption is fully waterproof but does come equipped with rubber splash guards that do help protect the ports from water.
The developers of PowerPole are running a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for its production.
