The 'Pophie' companion robot is an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered solution engineered with advanced capabilities in mind to help integrate it as a mainstay part of a user's everyday lifestyle.
The robotic toy utilizes local AI to communicate autonomously with users around it, while also determining when it should stay quiet. The unit is equipped with eight touch sensors that will respond to a user's touch and can also identify different user voices, which will enable it to easily integrate into family households. The device can also change its responses and tone according to the scenario to help it speak more in accordance with how the user(s) might be feeling.
