Archival Bold Retro Outerwear

Polo Ralph Lauren Unveils the Polo Sport Outdoor Collection

Polo Ralph Lauren's Polo Sport Outdoor collection takes the label's impressive archival designs and reinterprets it in a different angle. The 90s designs were originally crafted for the purpose of winter outdoor sports and the new designs do not stray too far, remaining seasonally appropriate but more catered towards casualwear.

The warm apparel includes multi-paneling knitwear, hunter's vest, hiking boots, tactical nylon pants, and a billowy poncho. The most notable design language that all of the pieces share is the bold color palette -- some of the designs directly reference the brand's old campaigns including the vintage print that is drawn from its 1998 Polo Sportsman campaign adorning a zippered fleece-lined jacket.
