As the world's population continues to grow and grow, we will need more designers and architects to be daring enough to build homes such as the Plot 4328 residence. Built on a steep slope with ten meter drop between its road frontage and the lowest point on the site, this topography would normally be considered undesirable.
To designer Bernard Khoury of Lebanon-based architecture firm DW5, it wasn't. Instead, he worked with this unique surrounding to inspire the design of the Plot 4328 residence. Mimicking the steep slope it rests on, the three split-leveled Plot 4328 itself boasts inclined planes that act as the roof. In the centered there is a staircase leading to terraces and to each side are window slices, which let in natural lighting as well as a great view.
