Sustainable Plant-Based Bras

Kindly Created a Plant-Based Bra Cup Sourced from Brazilian Sugarcane

Kindly is a new line of sustainable intimates and it recently launched the first-ever plant-based bra cup sourced from Brazilian sugarcane. Available exclusively at Walmart, the design has been in the works for three years and as Eve Bastug, Chief Product Officer, says "It took us three years to work towards a cup that is over 80% plant-based. There is still work to be done but our team is taking the steps to create a more sustainable future."

Alongside two styles of bras that can be found in sizes ranging from 34A to 40DD, there are three styles of bralettes from Kindly, as well as thongs, hipsters and boyshorts. These designs speak to the kind of comfort and features that consumers are looking for post-pandemic, especially non-wire, seamless styles that make the most of circular knitting.
