The New Pick & Cheese Bar Will Feature a Cheese Conveyor Belt

Cheese lovers rejoice because a new concept bar called Pick & Cheese is coming to London, England and it features an actual cheese conveyor belt.

Pick & Cheese is an aptly named cheese bar set to arrive a the street food purveyors KERB's latest project, Seven Dials Market. Set to debut in September of 2019, KERB's new Pick & Cheese concept will combine gourmet cheese with the kind of conveyor belts found in certain sushi restaurants. The 40-meter cheese conveyor belt will feature various cheeses on different colored plates that indicate how much each dish costs. In total, there will be 25 different kinds of cheese to try, all of which will be sourced from UK-based farms and producers. The cheeses will also be paired with delicious condiments for a truly magical tasting experience.
