Toronto based studio Hot Pop Factory transformed Pez Sweet heads from Disney character heads to personalized 3D heads of real people. The clever design project was created in response to a request from a company's holiday gift for its employees. Employees' heads were scanned with a Kinetic motion-sensor and reproduced on plastic printing desktop machine. It is an ingenius gift idea that is original, fun and memorable.
3D printing has been a hot topic this week within the design community, and rightly so.
