Horror Franchise-Themed Games

A Paranormal Activity Game is Currently in the Works

A Paranormal Game is currently being worked on as the horror movie franchise proved to be one of the most notable in the past few decades. The transition from big screens to gaming spaces is done by the team at Paramount Game Studios with the help of DreadXP and DarkStone DIgital.

The game is dubbed Paranormal Activity: Found Footage and will be ready on various platforms come 2026. The Paranormal Activity: Found Footage will be building on the horrific lore and the realm that the seven films were based on, dating back to 2007 when the first one was released. It will be the first time that the franchise will have a non-VR game. Similar to the film's format, it will have a found-footage style and integrate an advanced 'haunt system' which will change drastically based on the scares that players will face.
