Designed by Natalia Mona Tjahono and entered into the Bathroom Innovation Award, the accessory—similar in design to a walking frame—fits over the toilet. The OViTO Over Toilet Frame comes with a flap that can be lifted over the toilet’s flap. And to ease the process for the elderly to sit on the toilet, the frame has two handles that can be used for added safety, welfare and ease-of-use. The arms provide support and grip, and ensures that users don’t lose their balance. The legs are also adjustable depending on the height of the toilet, thereby eliminating the problem some may have in bending down.
