Overnight Sleep Tracking Features are Added to the Muse S

Muse introduces a new feature added to its Muse S wearable device that launched early this year in January -- the latest update has overnight sleep tracking features. The device helps users track the quality of their sleep throughout the night, understanding the flow of sleep cycled from light to deep, branching into REM sleep as well.

This also helps them find out how much and what kind of restorative rest their body and minds are getting. In the morning, users will be given a 'Sleep Efficiency' Score.' There will also be more features that Muse plans to add to the Muse S that are set to arrive later in January 2021 including the intensity of users' deep sleep and how long one stays in that stage.
