I am not sure Queen Victoria would approve, but it appears that the soon-to-be-built Imperial War Museum of Great Britain will certainly open the eyes. The Royal Institute of British Architects has launched a contest to design the latest addition to the Empire. It is a contest that has obviously decided to stretch typical British architecture and push the boundaries of building design.
