The Toasted Yolk Cafe is ushering in spring with a whole slew of new items, including the limited-time Oscar Style Fried Green Tomatoes.

As part of its spring 2023 lineup, The Toasted Yolk Cafe is now serving Oscar Style Fried Green Tomatoes, an Almost Famous East Coast Arnold Eggs Benedict, a new Aperol Spritz, and more. The Oscar Style Fried Green Tomatoes consist of thick-cut, green tomatoes that are dredged in the Toasted Yolk’s signature flour mixture, fried until crispy, and then topped with crab meat, and sauteed with colorful bell peppers and garlic. On the other hand, the new Almost Famous East Coast Arnold Eggs Benedict takes a classic eggs benedict and adds a fried green tomato and a house-made crab cake.
