The Origin Washstand Uses Rocks to Stop Water Flow

Designer Jin-Woog Koo has certainly found a way to slow down our daily bathroom routine. The Origin Washstand is made to resemble a babbling brook, and the water is only stopped by the placement of a rock.

The design by Jun-Woog Koo is definitely a departure from standard sink design, with a stream that runs from the water source to the basin. While it’s an interesting and zen-like design, I have some concerns regarding water temperature and pressure. Maybe when you’re in a state of zen, you don’t care if your water is freezing cold. Either way, take a look at this interesting sink design.
