The Ophelia Bar in Manhattan is Placed in a Classic 1928 Building

Placed in Manhattan's bustling Midtown district, the Ophelia bar and lounge sits on top of the historic Panhellenic Beekman Tower that was originally built in 1928.

Created by the local Merchant Hospitality group and development consultants Public Agenda, the restaurant transformed the original space into an art deco-inspired, glamorous cocktail spot that offers guests panoramic views of the East River. The 100-seat lounge was intricately restored with traditional architectural details such as the original windows, ironwork and original exposed brick. Using a clean, modern and luxurious color scheme that blends perfectly with the hand-picked furniture, the bar gives off a unique dining experience that is paired perfectly with cuisine.

The Ophelia bar and lounge offers classic cocktails and a locally sourced menu, as a one-of-a-kind dining experience for locals and tourists.
