The Omega Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon Honors Apollo 8 (SPONSORED)

The Omega Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon watch is a stylish homage to the astronauts of Apollo 8, who were among the first people to get a glimpse of the far side of the moon.

The Dark Side of the Moon's precision and design pays tribute to the original 1957 Omega Speedmaster chronograph, which became an icon after it was worn by some of the first space travelers. This new take on the Speedmaster has a lightweight design in black ceramic, with high-visibility Super-LumiNova points on its watch face—optimal for deep space exploration, as well as navigating those very dark corners of the Earth.

The black zirconium oxide ceramic dial is framed with polished ceramic and controls that operate independently, making the watch highly accurate and at no risk for accidental changes to the time. To round out the timepiece, the Dark Side of the Moon has a super durable coated nylon strap with subtle interior red stitching that's simple, timeless and universally stylish.

During the evening of Omega's Dark Side of the Moon launch at Cedar Lake in New York, the stars—Coco Rocha, Patrick Wilson, Taylor Schilling and Jaime King—truly came out to celebrate.
