Black Friday is upon a us, and this Old Navy Black Friday commercial is creaming the message loud and clear thanks to a celebrity cameo courtesy of Brides Maids’ Melissa McCarthy.
McCarthy appears as a game show contestant on a fiction a The Price is Right knock-off called Overnight Millionaire. When her character starts complaining about her prize - a set of towels - the game show brings up Old Navy’s upcoming Black Friday sale. McCarthy responds enthusiastically by running off screen in search of the Old Navy closest to her.
This Old Navy Black Friday ad is very humorous (thanks in large part to McCarthy’s acting and comedy chops)and very memorable. It will undoubtedly be watched on repeat when people aren’t too busy diving into the Old Navy Black Friday sale
