'Stitch' is a Dating Site Specifically for Those Over 50

Just as there's Tinder for a young demographic, there's Stitch, an old age dating site for people over the age of 50. As Stitch points out, everybody needs companionship and loneliness is now said to be "recognized as a bigger health risk than obesity or smoking." With this is mind, Stitch's mission is to match locals to similarly aged locals with a focus on interests over looks. The site focuses on helping people to find mature companions, dates, travel buddies and activity partners, all the while making its users feel safe from scams and con artists that are known to prey on this demographic.

For now, Stitch is free as it is currently running as a closed trial and it is open to new registrations in certain locations.
