Oil Pulling Doesn't Only Help Teeth It Can Get Rid of Acne as Well

Oil pulling has been around for a long time but it has become much more popular recently. With the popularity of DIY healthcare becoming so much more prominent it's no wonder a remedy that's been claimed to do it all has blown up so quickly.

Oil pulling is first and foremost a dental care remedy. It's essentially gargling a teaspoon of coconut or olive oil for 5-20 minutes depending on the experience of the "puller" and then spit it out. What this does for the body is it literally grabs the toxins out of the body and mouth area.

Oil pulling helps the skin by grabbing out germs, toxins and bacteria which will help the skin by keeping it clean. Oil pulling may not truly do it all but if it can help the teeth and get rid of acne then it's done more than enough.
