Bubba's Fine Foods' 'UnGranola' is a Low-Glycemic, Oat-Free Granola

At the 2019 Winter Fancy Food Show, Bubba's Fine Foods presented its UnGranolas as a gluten-free, low-glycemic, paleo-friendly oat-free granola. In place of oats, UnGranola uses non-GMO coconut flakes, cashews and almonds to create a satisfying taste and texture. On top of this, Bubba's Fine Foods adds real food ingredients like egg whites, bourbon vanilla extract, honey and a pinch of sea salt to create a rich flavor. As with all of its products, Bubba's Fine Foods crafts its UnGranola without dairy, soy, refined sugars and artificial flavors.

Although oats are often the main component of most store-bought granola products, consumers are seeking out alternatives that better suit their lifestyle needs and preferences, so they are turning to unique options that are made with nuts, seeds or even inventive swaps like juice pulp.
