Nobu Hospitality expands into Manchester with the development of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Manchester. This marks the firm's first residential project in the UK.
The £360 million venture will be executed in collaboration with property developer Salboy. Nobu Hospitality's vision features a 76-storey tower with 160 luxury hotel rooms, a signature Nobu restaurant and bar, and 452 high-end residences. The aesthetic will evoke the brand's signature minimalist sensibilities and Japanese-inspired detail embellishments. Residents and guests will have access to premium amenities such as Nobu dining and room service, a swimming pool, spa, gym, and a podium garden, alongside a dedicated experience team to enhance their lifestyle.
Situated in a prime Manchester city center location, the development aims to elevate the city’s status as a hub for luxury hospitality and real estate.
