Nike By You, formerly known as NIKEiD, is a platform that allows any customer to customize and personalize their own Nike shoe. For the opening night of the 2019-2020 NBA season, the athletic brand teamed up with 23 NBA Nike brand athletes to design their variations of existing Nike basketball shoes. Each player was able to bring their style and creativity to life in the selected shoe. Players contributing to the collection include Ja Morant, De’Aaron Fox, and Kostas Antetokounmpo.
The players were allowed to choose between designing the Kyrie 5, KD 12, PG 3 or Zoom Freak 1 models. Customers can find the 23 different creations available for purchase on from the Nike web store, or try their hand customizing a shoe through Nike For You's website.
