Piada Italian Street Food Just Added a New Lemon Kale Caesar Salad

Piada Italian Street Food is getting a head start on spring with the debut of its zesty new Lemon Kale Caesar Salad.

Available from all Piada locations, the new Lemon Kale Caesar Salad features a fresh and zesty combination of kale, romaine, red cabbage, napa, pancetta, bruschetta tomatoes, parmesan crisps, grated parmesan and romano cheeses, fresh lemon wedges, and a housemade Caesar dressing. In addition to a fresh menu addition, the new Lemon Kale Caesar Salad also supports a good cause. From March 1st to March 31st, Piada will be donating $1 from the purchase of each Lemon Kale Caesar Salad to Pelotonia, which is a nonprofit that funds cancer research. As Matt Harding, Senior Vice President of Culinary and Menu Innovation at Piada, says of the new menu item and charitable donation, "Hospitality is at the heart of what we do at Piada, but it means so much more than providing the guest with an exceptional experience and delicious food."
