The Concepts x New Balance 998 Features the 'C-Note' and the 'Mint'

The Concepts x New Balance 998 features two colorways: 'C-Note' and 'Mint.' This series has since released the (sold-out) 'C-Note' color scheme and the 'Mint' colorway releases this week.

With the sneaker world always on the edge of their seats for new and innovative sneaker color schemes, Boston retailer Concepts and legendary sneaker company New Balance have come together to appeal to that need.

The first colorway 'C-Note' incorporates the colors found on the new one hundred dollar American bill. The sneaker is made up of a blend of hues patched on the uppers, heel and midsole. The second colorway 'Mint' is inspired by the United States Mint -- featuring a mint-colored upper with orange accents on the tongue.

Stay tuned for the 'Mint' colorway that drops this week.
