C2H4® Unveils Its New Neutron High Alpha Sneaker

Emerging streetwear label C2H4® has unveiled its latest chemistry-inspired sneaker, the Neutron High Alpha. The new silhouette, which derives its name from the neutron -- a subatomic particle integral to the atomic nucleus -- features a minimalist design with subtle futuristic detailing.

The new sneaker delivers a familiar Converse All Star-esque design; however, it is made from a genuine black leather construction that features engraved metal trims, which are combined with off-white rubber toe caps and soles. Rounding out the look, the shoe features matching off-white laces and metallic tags on the tongue. According to the company, the new sneaker offers brand director Yixi Chen's take on the iconic silhouette, which has been made popular by Converse and Rick Owens, among others.

For those interested, the new Neutron High Alpha is set to drop on February 28 on C2H4®’s website.
