Nestlé Professional Solutions and TOMA have announced a partnership that will see a range of empanadas arriving to support foodservice operators in the bid to offer high-quality, authentic fare.

The partnership sees the Latin culinary brand created by Sofia Vergara and her son Manolo Gonzalez Vergara lending its prowess to the brand when it comes to achieving authentic cuisine. This comes in the form of two empanadas that will be shipped to operators frozen for quick preparation from frozen or thawed within a TurboChef.

Vice President of Marketing at Nestlé Professional solutions spoke on the partnership with TOMA saying, "With TOMA, we're bringing something truly special to operators: chef-approved flavors and ingredients with a convenient back-of-house solution. Our collaboration with Sofía and Manolo means operators can serve authentic, Latin-inspired dishes with confidence and consistency."
