Instagramer Jacob Carter has created a series of Natural Pokemon which he has kindly shared on his Instagram account @jakeacarter.
Natural Pokemon depicts some of the original 150 Pokemon with actual objects found in nature such as leaves and rocks. Similar to flower pressing, this Pokemon craft project somehow manages to capture the likeness of Pokemon like Bulbasaur, Pikachu, Exeggutor, Diglett, Charmander and Psyduck with only natural objects.
Natural Pokemon is garnering a lot of attention for Jacob and rightly so, the pieces are truly incredible and accurate. Hopefully he creates more, though since he is working with a limited color palette he may not be able to give all 150 Pokemon the 'Natural Pokemon' treatment.
