Clean-Label Puff Snacks

Fuller Foods' Natural Cheese Puffs Emphasize Simple Ingredients & Satiety

After finding that many "natural" cheese puff snacks are actually filled with processed ingredients, Fuller Foods' CEO Jack Kuo set out to create a clean-label version of the popular product. The effort resulted in the creation of Fuller’s Seriously Cheesy Puffs, which are made with simple, wholesome, household ingredients like corn (supplied by Bob's Red Mill), sunflower oil and a cheese blend of milk, salt, cultures and enzymes.

Fuller’s Seriously Cheesy Puffs are offered in flavors like Asiago Black Pepper, Blue Cheese Jalapeno and Sriracha Cheddar, which emphasize the fact that they are not made with genetically engineered ingredients and are even beneficial for helping to "keep you full."

These simple puff snacks are made in Portland without maltodextrin, colorants, preservatives, yeast, natural flavors and other so-called "natural" ingredients that often get around the FDA's definition of the term.
