This business strategy is called "Naked Friday" and encourages employees to work in the buff one day a week.
"It was brilliant. Now that we have seen each other naked, there are no barriers," Onebestway manager, Sam Jackson said. "We weren’t put under any pressure. If we wanted to come in clothed or in our underwear, we could. But I love my body and I wasn’t ashamed."
