lululemon's Mylo Material Collection Shares Vegan Leather Styles

lululemon's newest collection is one that features an innovative Mylo material developed by California-based Bolt Threads using renewable mycelium, the root structure of mushrooms. This plant-based and sustainable vegan leather alternative has been applied to two bags, the Meditation and Yoga Mat Bag and the Barrel Duffel Bag.

The Meditation and Yoga Mat Bag is a versatile three-in-one design that functions as a floor mat and can be carried either rolled up or folded in half. The Barrel Duffel Bag features pockets and a removable pouch that's geared towards athletic individuals, since it helps to keep workout gear separated from the other contents of the bag.

Thanks to its properties, the Mylo material is certified bio-based, soft and supple.
