Insomnia Cookies Has Created a Scary-Good Monster'wich

The mad scientists in Insomnia Cookies' CookieLab recently put their heads together to come up with a scary-good new creation called the Monster’wich.

As Insomnia Cookies puts it, the new Monster’wich is "monster mashing" up your favorite cookies and ice cream, and then sandwiching it between two more cookies "for the ultimate terrifyingly delicious ice cream sandwich experience." Best of all, customers can choose to mash up any ice cream flavor with any one traditional cookie flavor to create their master filling. For an extra charge, customers can also add in up to two toppings.

Though the new Monster’wich is here to stay, Insomnia Cookie is giving customers the chance to "double their MoNsTeRous fun with a sweet BOGO deal" on July 19, which is National Ice Cream Day.
