The hub for entrepreneurs and innovators 'Second Home' has expanded to its second location in the UK -- Holand Park, with a unique modern office design. The new space is situated in a mid-century building and the Spanish architects from SelgasCano took it upon themselves to create a working space that is enjoyable to employees and members and which honors the structure's heritage.
Second Home and SelgasCano collaborated for the fifth time to create a modern office with references to sustainability, utilization of natural light and recurring yellow detailing. The 35 planted trees create a jungle-like ambiance and receive light from the sizable ceiling windows. Thanks to natural light, the modern office's atmosphere shifts as the season change -- from the warm and luminous presence of the summer sun to the cozy and grey companionship of winter.
