Frenchies Modern Nail Care, a franchise system operating 27 locations across 13 states, has appointed Kayla Bramlet, a multi-unit franchisee with over a decade of experience within the organization, to the role of Brand President, effective April 1.
Bramlet began with the company as a studio manager before becoming a franchise owner in Minnesota, where she currently operates two Frenchies Modern Nail Care locations. She has also served as Director of Training and Operations. About the promotion, Bramlet shared: "Frenchies has truly shaped my career and my passion for this industry. From working in salons at a young age to owning my own studios and supporting franchisees across the system."
Bramlet's promotion represents a transition of leadership from within the franchisee community. The appointment is part of a broader structure under Head to Toe Brands, a portfolio of beauty and wellness franchise concepts, and reflects an effort to maintain continuity in the brand’s operational culture while scaling nationally.
