SUIT's modern concept shop is designed by Iceland's HAF Studio. Designers Kartias Sveinsdóttir and Hafsteinn Júlíusson are the firm's founders and are known for their clean and industrial aesthetic. For this particular project, the designers wanted to create a raw and modern space that didn't take away from SUIT's vibrant menswear range.
While the brand's clothing is often vibrant and patterned, HAF Studio's modern concept shop is a little more understated. This industrial design concept allows SUIT's clothing to pop against concrete surfaces and fence-inspired metal shelving that is wall-hung throughout the retail space.
In addition to bare subway tiles, industrial metal and concrete, this space is also accented with minimalist particle board and raw plywood materials that add to its raw and urban look.
