Veso's Eclipse Pushes the Boundaries of Flavor

Vesto launched its Eclipse modern aperitifs to push the boundaries of flavor with two products, Alpine and Bitter Citrus. The experimental aperitifs each pay homage to the complexity of different spirits and cocktails, with the Alpine being influenced by London Dry gin and the Bitter Citrus being an ode to a Nonino or Campari.

These limited-release products pay tribute to their original inspirations while also remaining entirely original on their own. 300 bottles of Bitter Citrus were produced with "a punch of bitter and citrus flavors" and 300 bottles of Alpine were produced with notes of juniper, fennel, coriander, a hint of pepper and notes of citrus. Both modern aperitifs have sold out since their launch, offering a unique way for adults to enjoy the products on their own, over ice or with tonic or sparling water.
