Orange Bank Supplies Customers with a Digital Debit Card

Orange Bank in Spain is now issuing mobile-first debit cards to customers that can be used in-store and online to offer a simple and convenient payment experience. Upon request, customers may also request a printed companion card that comes without printed numbers, CVC codes or an expiry date. This was intentionally done to prevent common concerns in the case that the physical card is lost or stolen.

The card boasts the ability to be easily added to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay so that transactions can seamlessly and securely be carried out. The digital debit card offers users a great deal of flexibility, as they are able to use the Orange Bank app and freeze/unfreeze their card, set spending limits or even cancel it if they so desire.
