The Mnogoyarus Bench Accommodates Twice as Many Tired Pedestrians

If you were drawn to the idea that the Mnogoyarus Bench has two levels of seating, you'll be even more amazed that the concept can include many more than that. Conceived by the Art Lebedev Studio, this Urban Bleacher would be particularly useful at bus stops, where plenty of people congregate on the same schedule.

The whimsical public furnishing is designed based on the archetypal wooden bench with a slatted backrest and seat and a cement supportive structure. It was modified in a logical yet playful way by formally extrapolating it into a sort of freestanding staircase, gradually becoming a set of bona fide bleachers.

As mentioned, the Mnogoyarus Bench is a very practical proposal for placement at transit stops and terminals but it embodies a comical aspect with the way that it turns tram riders into metropolitan spectators.
