Polka Dots and Stripes Were Mixed Together at Miu Miu Ready to Wear Show

In a sea of all black, Miu Miu’s Muccia Prada shone some light onto the runway by her use of brightly colored patterns. Not typically seen in a Fall/Winter collection, the blue, pink and yellow polka dots and stripes were a welcome addition to an otherwise dark but glamorous runway set.

Miu Miu’s ready to wear collection was a beautiful display of velvety dark colors and rich textures that just screamed the words luxury and elegance. The surprising twist were the pops of pattern and color that peaked out through luscious coats, calf length skirts and dresses. All models were in a striped stocking and had a scarf tied around their neck, but as a result of the stunning outfits the accessories did not deter from the rest of the collection, they just added interest to it. Miu Miu proved that it is okay to continue to wear your brights and patterns well into fall.
