The Kellogg's Special K mini protein bars are a new addition to the brand's existing product portfolio for consumers to choose as part of a balanced diet. The bars take a decidedly more petite approach to snacks and are small but mighty in terms of their nutritional benefits. Each of the snack bars are formulated with six-grams of protein with 90-calories each, and come in two flavors including Brownie Sundae and Berry Vanilla.
Senior Director of Brand Marketing for Kellogg's Snacks Heidi Ray spoke on the new Kellogg's Special K mini protein bars saying, "Sometimes you just need a second to pause and do something for yourself that’s going to energise you. At Special K, we love to offer that special combination of indulgent-tasting flavours plus functional ingredients like protein in a portable snack that’s perfect for stashing in your bag, car or desk drawer."
