The Mercedes-Benz 'Icons of Style' campaign has launched in promotion of its SL Roadster model. The campaign, a collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and Calvin Klein, comprises a surreal film created by photographer and filmmaker Alex Prager and features top model -- and current face of Calvin Klein -- Lara Stone.
In the film, which takes on the chilling and dramatic vibe of an Alfred Hitchcock movie, Stone appears alone in a barren desert landscape. According to PR Newswire, she is a getaway driver trying to outpace a tornado. Stone's character is strong and in control, something that is underscored by her classic and sophisticated black Calvin Klein dress. Stone steps out of her Mercedes-Benz SL Roadster and gets her suitcases out of the trunk; subsequently, a strong wind picks her up and she floats into the air. Watch the odd and mysterious film here.
