MU Architecture works in collaboration with JS Bourdages Architecture on the new Memphremagog Lake Residence. It is located on Lake Memphremagog in Canada and measures out to an extensive 6,700-square-foot design. It is detailed with an undulating roof and has a cantilevered pool.
The design inspiration stems from an unfolded wing of a bird and the roof is dramatically angular. It is surrounded by a plethora of greenery and opens up with a wide range of outdoor spaces. One of the notable rooms is the living space, which boasts an open design. It is connected to the dining room and kitchen -- all of which rest under a wide series of heights of the wood-covered ceiling.
