To update its luxury bar, Prahran hotel decided to opt for a stunning new architectural design that features a wall made up of 17 enormous pipes stacked on top of one another. Resembling a stacked wall of liquor barrels, these concrete pipes feature a glass window that provides guests with an interesting street-level view. Each concrete pipe is large enough to fit one dinning table so guests can sit inside the pipes and enjoy dinner and drinks. The pipes are lined with multicolored wooden slabs of beautiful grained wood and make it look as though the guests are sitting inside over-sized liquor barrels.
Because of the windows featured at the end of each pipe, people passing by the Prahran Melbourne hotel on the street can enjoy the creative view of all dinners sitting in each of the stacked pipes.
